Panasonic AG-HPX300

The New Panasonic AG-HPX300, a 1/3" CMOS camera which features full resolution 1920x1080 chips. The camera's ENG frame is equipped with a Fujinon 17x lens. The HPX300 has a feature-set including timecode, genlock and HD-SDI, which is usually found only on larger HD cameras. More importantly, the HPX300 can record Panasonic's premiere recording format, AVC-Intra. When shooting in AVC-Intra mode the camera has the ability to shoot full-raster 1080p footage at 10-bit 4:2:2 color.

The HVX200A is equipped with a 1/3" 16:9 progressive 3-CCD imager (effective resolution of 1.1 million active pixels with a spatial offset) that delivers outstanding image quality. It offers lower smear and a higher S/N ratio that results in lower noise and better low light performance than the prior model. The HVX200A's image quality is also enhanced by a new high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) featuring 14-bit A/D conversion and 19-bit inner processing. Equivalent to the processors used in many higher-end HD cameras, this new DSP ensures precise, beautiful recordings in all video formats. Because the HVX200A scans at native 1080P for the initial picture processing, users get the highest level of vertical resolution, whether shooting in HD or SD.

The Sennheiser ME66 short shotgun microphone is a popular choice among video, film and ENG / EFP professionals. The capsule features a highly directional, cardioid polar pattern yielding great attenuation at the sides of the microphone while maximizing pick up at the front. This version uses the K6P power supply which is capable of phantom power only. The UCR100 is a compact wireless microphone receiver designed for easy, convenient operation with smaller DV camcorders. The UCR100 offers over 256 selectable frequencies over a 25.6MHz band to avoid interference from local RF sources. Matching transmitters provide a full 100mW of output power, resulting in clean frequency transmission without virtually any drop-outs. The UCR100 output operates nominally at 0dBv (line level), but use with microphone inputs on camcorders can be achieved with an optional adapter cable.
